These days a a fair share of our transactions are short sales, most of the rest are "regular" transactions (whatever that means anymore!)

There are just a few rules to follow (typical, right?) but they are simple ones: *reserve the truck ahead of time (as you can imagine, a free truck books up pretty fast), *bring your driver's license and proof of insurance with you when you pick up the truck, *bring a check for $200 made payable to Keller Williams Fox Valley (which is never cashed as long as you *bring the truck back in good condition and full of gas), *the truck is for use within a 50 mile radius of the Keller Williams Fox Valley Market Center, and *you get to keep use of the truck for 24 hours. Nice!
